Fernando Botero Abu Ghraib 2005
I just stumbled onto these, I can’t believe I haven’t seen any of them before. How powerful is this imagery? I thought I loved his work before, this is an entirely different level of emotion and tension injected into his paintings that I have never seen in his work before. There are 85 paintings in all, I would post all of them but that would be a bit superfluous.
